I'm Not Dead...

... Though it may seem like I have been - but I'm alive, alive!
Okay, so recap'ing the past months.
Late November I commenced my internship with Thorhauge Fotografi where I spent a few months. I ended the internship in early February due to some psychological issues.
I've been wanting to blog every once in a while the past months, but kinda gave up before even getting to the New Post-site.
I haven't had a lot going on tbh, so haven't had much to blog about anyhoo. I've even contemplated deleting my blog - though I dunno, I'd probably just open a new one at some point, so it seemed kinda silly to close this one.

At the moment I'm watching Gilmore Girls, and I think I'll leave you with a quote that has kind of a dirty twang to it.

Well, earlier today Nightwish's new single and music video was released!
I like it, but I'm not 100% wow'ed. Can't wait for the entire album though!

Something bad, something good, somehing new, something blue

Well, nothing blue, but the rest all fits.

Bad stuff:
I got a call from my bank today informing me that my card has been blocked. Apparently they had suspicions that my card has been abused, which I can see it has not, because I get a note online and a text message each time there's activity in my account. But they had to block it anyways, and they can't unblock it, but they are sending me a new card, and that'll take seven days - so for the next week I won't be able to use my card, and if I want money I have to go to the register in the bank, show my unusable card, and ask if I can withdraw some money. Fortunately my bank knows me and likes me, so it probably won't be a problem. But the weekend will. I won't be able to go to the bank during the weekend! So the next week has to fly by, thanks very much!

Good stuff:
I called my friend Merle this morning to see if she wanted to hang out, which she did, so yay! Hadn't seen her for months, so it was great seeing her again. We bought candy and stuff and then watched stuff on YouTube and finally we watched some Bones, but I had to leave before the bank closed, so I wasn't there for too many hours, oh well.

New stuff:
Nightwish fans gather round! NW released a snippet of their new music video entitled Storytime! It looks very circus-y, very dark and very cool. Take a look!

After School Special

Today I started school again after about a week of fall break, which I mostly spent in with a ginormous cold, but today in school I talked to one of the teachers about the internship that I told you about a while back. She still hasn't been able to reach him, so today after I got home I facebook messaged him myself, and now all I can do is just hope he'll be interested.

I made a kinda book cover-y manipulation today - I didn't really mean for it to become book cover-y, but as I made it, it just felt a lot like a cover for a book, and I've gotten response on it from people who agree, so that's cool. Check it out.

I want this

I really like cardigans and blouses, shirts and tees with length, and I found a shop called Virgin Blak where they have this long long-sleeved tee, and I have to have it - when I have money again at some point that is.


I think it's very awesome, it comes in olive, ivory and black, and I definitely want it in black. It's not too expensive - $68 - but I have to save some money, cos I have a nasty feeling that next month will be filled with bills for like electricity and heat and stuff like that. Plus I have to save some for christmas shopping as well, gah!

Anyways, I'm enjoying my day off from school, and I'm waiting for one of the teachers to contact me about a possible internship at Thorhauge Fotografi, so cross your legs that it'll be possible for me to start there :)

Autumn is really here

And it sucks.
I am so not an autumn person, nor am I a winter person. I like spring, and I love summer! I need heat and the sun.

Anyhoo, I haven't been blogging for about a week, because I've been sick half the time and the rest of the time I haven't had time. I had a stomach flu kinda thing last week and in the weekend I was at my Dad's 50th birthday in Aarhus which was really nice. Yesterday I was helping my Mom moving furniture, so last night I was pretty tired, exhausted really. Went to bed around half past eight, woke up a few times during the night, but didn't really wake up till 10 this morning.

I'm spending today very much in bed under the covers, cos it's too cold to be anywhere else.

Nightwish + Art

Nightwish will be coming to Denmark on April 11th 2012, and I am going to get my ticket when they open for the sale tomorrow, I'm so excited! Can't wait for Imaginaerum!
